Does Petel ship internationally?

Yes! If you are interested in shipping out of the U.S., shipping is $15 flat fee.

Can Petel expedite shipping?

We ship domestically (for free!) via USPS Priority Mail for all orders, which takes 3-5 days within the U.S. If you need your items to be shipped to you with express delivery, email us at hello@peteldesign.com and we will let you know if we will be able to expedite your order.

Does Petel sell wholesale?

How do I care for my Petel products?

Spot cleaning or occasional dry cleaning is the best option for removing stains. Soak up any liquid spills with paper towels or a clean cloth. 

Avoid machine washing fabrics from Petel – the spinning motion of a washing machine will destroy the delicate fibers, which were meticulously woven by hand. 

What is Petel's return policy?

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

What is Petel's policy on damaged items?

If for some reason you received your item and it was damaged in transit, you can email us at hello@peteldesign.com and we will help you resolve the issue
